The NFL PUNT, PASS & KICK (PPK) program is a national skills competition for boys and girls between the ages of 8 -15 to compete separately against their peers. Established in 1961, the PPK program is the oldest NFL Youth Football program.

Combat Centers around the globe have announced they will offer flag football programs to military children (ages 7-12). These programs are meant to give these children an outlet to exercise and meet children their age, while learning the game of football in a safe and fun environment. The older children will play in organized games as they learn the sport, while younger children participate in drills to learn the fundamentals of football and sportsmanship.

Staying active in the offseason is important for keeping in shape for the upcoming season. We have come up with a few fun exercises to help keep your flag football youngster in good shape during the winter months. Its important to stay active so you are in good shape for next season. Running and sprinting will help them get faster and build up their leg muscles. The other exercises will get their bodies in shape and increase their self-esteem for practices and games.
