Spring Registration is Open
We don't like turning away players, and we don't need to if we have your registration in on time. If you are new to Cascades Flag Football League, please join our email list now to ensure you get reminders on registration, or register for the Spring season today!
Early bird rate ($120 includes jersey) expires February 20, 2009 after this date registration fee increases to $130. Registration will close March 20.
New for Spring: Four Age Divisions
Our league has grown so we can build teams with closer age ranges, which we believe will be good for all players. Starting Spring 2009 the teams will be set by the current school grade they are attending: K/1, 2/3, 4/5 and Middle School division.
Also new for spring, we will have a player assessment day and use the draft method for coaches to assist in setting up teams. Please visit the calendar page for dates for spring.
Coaches Needed for Spring Season
As our league continues to grow, we are always looking for more volunteer coaches. Consider this rewarding and fun opportunity to participate in our league, and contact us early so we have you on our list. The number of kids we accept in our league is dependent on the number of parents who are willing to help coach each season.

Parents, it's harder than ever to cover the game action with three field locations, and we know the players love to see photos from the games. Please email us your best shots of your kids and others in the league, and we'll add to our Photo Gallery. Thanks!
