1. Shuttle Run: The shuttle run is an exercise that helps the children increase their running speed.

2. Short Sprints: Short sprints are another way for children to increase running speed and gain strength in their legs.

3. Standard Workout: Be sure to have the kids stretch and then do a basic workout including jumping jacks, toe touches and squats.

4. Tires: Having the children run through tires will help them gain balance and control.
